Universal Laws, Pt 3 ~ The Law of Cause and Effect
In Part 1 of the Universal Laws, we learned about the The Law of Vibration and how all of us are connected. We are all more than just our bodies, we are energy-beings living in a sea of energy and that sea is run by certain Universal Laws. At our core we are incredibly powerful energetic beings that have no limitations and know no boundaries.
In Part 2 , we learned that through the The Law of Attraction we create the things, events and people that come into our lives. Thoughts, feelings, words, and actions produce energies which, in turn attract like energies. Negative energies attract negative energies and positive energies attract positive energies.
In Part 3, I want to share with you about The Law of Cause and Effect.
The Law of Cause and Effect states: Nothing happens by chance or outside of the Universal Laws.
Science and The Law Of Cause and Effect
Newton’s third law of motion tells us that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. In physics, this means there is an equal force moving into and away from a target at the same time. The Law of Cause and Effect expands this rule to all areas of life, beyond just physical motion.
We Are Responsible
What the Law of Cause and Effect teaches us is that we are accountable for our actions and for our own circumstances. If we are in a difficult place in life, the burden is on us to find a way to attract the energy that we need to get ourselves out of the situation.
We are responsible for everything that happens in our lives. Our actions, words, thoughts and intentions have an equal reaction or consequence. This law has been recognized for hundreds of years and by some of the greatest scholars and scientists of our time.
In the Holy Bible, Galatians 6:7 (KJV) it says, “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” The personal consequences of one's actions are in proportion to the good or bad intentions or energy we put forth.
Another example can be found in Luke 6:38 (KJV) “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.” Every action, word, thought or intention has an equal reaction or consequence. In other words, every thought, action, word and intention is full of energy.
Ralph Waldo Emerson said the Law of Cause and Effect is the "law of laws".
It´s a powerful law. You get back what you send out. It is like a boomerang. You send your energy out and it is delivered back to you. What you get back is up to you. When you send positive out you will get positive back. If you send negative out, you will get negative back. The choices and decisions you make will set in motion a chain of reactions and give you back a result corresponding to whatever that decision triggered. It may not happen immediately, but it will come. It´s the Law and the Laws of the Universe are never inaccurate and do not fail.
Earl Nightingale and The Law of Cause and Effect
Earl Nightingale was a pioneer in the field of personal development and he knew the Law of Cause and Effect like no other. He recorded one of the most powerful personal development recordings ever made. It´s called The Strangest Secret.
Listen to this famous recording HERE! It could be one of the best 30 minutes you ever spend.
George Bernard Shaw said: "People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can't find them, they make them."
Let the Law of Cause and Effect Work to Your Advantage
You may be looking for a way to improve your situation in life. You may feel completely powerless to change your circumstances. While there may not be a simple solution, a careful study of this law may reveal some key insights into bringing about meaningful change.
Once you understand the Law of Cause and Effect, use it to your advantage. After all, if we know what kind of energy we want to receive, then we can attract it by simply sending out that same kind of energy.
If you have been feeling lonely but you know that sending love to others will make you feel loved, change your situation by sending out love to someone else. If you are in a difficult situation that needs tolerance, send tolerance toward others and begin healing a difficult personal relationship.
Most importantly, when you are grateful for every opportunity you have, and strive to make the most of whatever life has already given you, you can guarantee for yourself that life will send back to you more opportunity. Understanding the power of this cause and effect sequence is the key to making the Law of Cause and Effect work to your advantage.
Good things will come your way - opportunities will start to emerge. It´s the Law.
