Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) Policy

  • Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Please email us at support@chermark.com
  • Include order number, a detailed description of problem and picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) as well as the box in which the item was received. Pictures of the box allow us to see how shippers/carriers are treating our packages.
  • Product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refunded (excluding shipping charges), whichever is preferred.

 

Returns

We're dedicated to providing you with exceptional quality products and service. In the unlikely event of problems with your order, we will work with you to quickly and satisfactorily correct the situation according to the return policies outlined below. To make sure your returns are processed quickly and accurately, we ask that you contact us at support@chermark.com before shipping any returns.

CherMark Botanicals will accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date.  After 30 days from the invoice date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you've purchased an item from a vendor on our site chermark.com other than CherMark Botanicals, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Due to the personal nature of our products, there are no returns or refunds on custom blended products or opened non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened (protective seal unbroken), unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice enclosed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, original shipping is non-refundable and will deducted from the total amount refunded.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two (2-3) days.  Please allow a few days for your refund to post.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
